Beginning of a Good Week

I arrived at R&L's this morning, & this little man had on one glove.

I smiled all day long as I watched him wear this one glove all day!

Sometimes the car is the best playground!

And yes, notice the glove... I wasn't kidding that the glove made me smile all day long!!

Evening Sky

This is the sky this evening.

It is the day after Thanksgiving.

It is Russ's Birthday.

We have had many of the kids and their families here throughout the day.

We enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving yesterday with H&C& their kids, N&B& their kids, Anna & Spencer.

Happy Birthday Russ, you are the best!!!

I went to give Bennett his medicine this morning, he told me, "he did not like it, but we are a family that likes to try things", so he took it!

Elsie said her nose hurt her.

She said a band-aid would help.

I gave her a band-aid.

The next time I looked at her this is what I saw!!!

It was all I could do to not burst out laughing!

Morning Sky

The skyline has changed so with the change of season.

I love the bare branches. These seem to dance with their lacy curled shape.

I love trees.

I love trees with leaves.

And I love trees without leaves.

The bareness of this tree really draws me to it this morning.

Another fun day with my Friends

Cute Abby & Carson.

 It was fine weather today.  Not too cold to be outside.

The sidewalk chalk and bike got a lot of our attention.

Carson carried around the box of chalk as if it were his tool box.  We went from the back yard to the front yard to the back yard, to the front yard at his whim.  Always with the chalk box in hand.  Drawing in all places.

Blanket for baby Will

A new quilt for our new little one.

Each Grand baby gets a quilt made for them by Granna.

This quilt is for William Russell Brown. 

The quilt has some pieces of old shirts from Grandpa, as Carson's did.
