Siblings in Town

Matt & Shannon's family came up from CA, to Deer Valley for the weekend. They invited us up because Susi & Spade were here from Florida this weekend too!!

We headed off to the ponds to see the birds.

We saw a Sandhill Crane fly past just a honking away as it passed above us.

We went looking for it and found it in a very small pond, it was then too dark to photograph.

We had a great time visiting. EB was there too.  Eliza was off to college.

We enjoyed Thai food together, yummy!!!

Eliza's Hair is Growing

Eliza has so much hair it is even sticking out on the side in this photo!!

This cute girl is getting more hair, it is growing longer!!!

Seattle Kids

Bennett lost another tooth last night!!!

Football

Connor has a new sport... football.

He is number 10.

I went to watch today.  It was a lovely cool Aug. day.

It actually was much more like a Sept. or Oct. day.

I loved the cool weather!!

Fungus

I went to let Zoe out of her cage this morning and look what I saw in the lawn and then I

thought I saw a volleyball that someone had left out overnight.

No, not a volleyball, a volleyball size, but oh... it is a fungus!!!

You'd think I live in some moist climate...

Exercising with the Clark's

When Oma and I finished getting our suits on in the locker room.  Dad had already walked down to the pool with out us.

We had all exercised in the fitness room.

As I came out of the locker room.  I heard music.  I thought they have a lovely PA system I don't remember hearing music before.

Then I became a little more conscious to the music and I recognized the songs my Dad plays.

He had walked down to the social room and was playing the piano.

I can't tell you how lovely it was...

I was so happy to realize he was comfortable to play there!

Our hot tub had no bubbles today:(

We sat in there non-the-less.  It loosens our muscles after the fitness machines.

The pool is so lovely.  The water is always perfect temp., sparkly clean and refreshing.

I love the sky light window above.  I lay on my back and float staring out the window.  Most days there have been clouds.  Today the sun was shining brightly in from the window.

It has become a very enjoyable time exercising with Oma and Opa!

Crepes at Anna's

A lot of the family is out of town.

For our family gathering Anna invited us down to have crepes!

They were so yummy, I can't believe I did not snap a photo!

It was fun working together to make them.

Out of this world to eat them.

Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and peaches were our fillings.

Of course then we had whipped cream and vanilla sauce.

Honestly,  there is nothing better!!!!

It was fun.

Our game of Boggle was so enjoyable too.

Watch out for Spence, he takes all on vocabulary!!!

He killed the rest of us!

Not one of us even had 1/2 of Spencer's points!

Nate & Eliza on the Oregon Coast

I had a fun visit with Nate on the porch of their Oregon Beach House they are renting with all the Morris Family this week.

Eliza had been out on the beach and got cold.

She was bundled up, and had no smiles for Grandma!!!

She looks like she is tired.  I love the photo with her big yawn!!!

I have taken these photo while we face timed on my I pad.

I have gotten terrific quality of photos before, this time not as clear, but non-the-less very fun to have.

Thanks for sharing a little time with me!!

It means a lot for me to get to visit and see Eliza and the other cute boys!!!

Russ and Liz are in California in San Clemente in a beach house with the Omers this week too.

Heidi and Cory are on vacation in Park City for the week!!!
