This was a great sample of fish. Deep fried, blackened rub, lemon/dill, all were outstanding. It was fun to see different ways to cook trout!!!
It was a great memory our men catching our dinner, and then a great chef cooking it for us!!
Everyone wins this way!! 
Even a yummy bread pudding dessert!!!
