Today my Dad joined my Mom and I as we exercised.
He is showing Mom how to run the treadmill...
I was happy at his willingness to join us and do a little exercise.
Mom really surprised me when she walked the treadmill for 10 minutes!!
Look what I found to blow right on me as I exercised!!
Some of the machines have fans built in them, but I don't think they blow the air
nearly as good as this did for me today!!!!
