I wondered over to my neighbors to photograph some volunteer sunflowers.
The Ence's are not home to plant their ususal mix of sunflowers this year. These couple of sunflowers were just dispersed through the area that usually has tall sunflowers in variety in rows.
These are beautiful. Their petals look ablaze.... some of the heads dripping, or dropping in the heat...
I continued in the heat to check on my vines. They are climbing... The one has reached the top of the obelisk. I am now waiting for them to bloom all the way up the structure and fill in the structures.
There is progress though.
Garden tools just outside the back door...
It is a scorcher outside today.
