Russ dried our peppers.
This is my secret spice for all recipes that I make.
I will ground these dried peppers up and then will have a pepper flake that adds to all recipes whether it is called for or not. It adds a lot to every thing I add it to.
Most years I have a variety of peppers in my spice this year we only grew green pepppers. I will miss
the variety of peppers in my spice.
There is no reason for the oversight. It is just what we were able to get planted in our garden this spring.
