We had dear friends stop by tonight...

They were all so fun and playful.  I am anything but that in this 100* weather!!

Our home just sings when our dear friends stop by!!!!  Sorry I can only see Connor's back in one of the pictures!!!

Today's Friends

We were choosing hats to wear when we walked up to get Kate after school today.

I have to keep the sun off my face and so we had to have hats.  I forgot to bring a hat so we were checking out the hats that might be available to wear.

It is still hard for me to believe that Kate is in school now all day!

Granna had a great time today guys I look forward to next week when I can be with you again!!!

Did you know my new name is Granna, that is what Mabel calls me and I decided that I will keep that name soo... Granna it is!!

ROGER'S GARDENS

RODGER'S GARDENS is one of my favorite places to visit in Newport.

It is down the road from Matt & Shanni's thus my familiarity with it. It is about a whole block of gardens and nursery.
It has wonderful arrangements and is the type of place you visit to be inspired by the arrangements, gifts and set up of their plants and furnishings.  It is a place not to miss.

When the season's change so does this place. I have been here in the fall and seen their fall decor as well as their Christmas decor and plantings.  Just a great place with wonderful artful displays.

For the person who loves flowers and art this place is like visiting a candy store and not having to pay.

I would pay admission to visit here the ideas are endless!!!
