Fresh Eggs!!!

Our chickens have been doing well lately.  Their production of eggs is hard to keep up with.  We love our fresh eggs.

We have an excess of eggs.  I think we will give eggs away this Mothers Day!

I boiled some eggs today.

I also made some cream puffs.  I used 8 eggs making these cream puffs.  Sometimes that is our objective when cooking.  How many eggs will it use?!

I am so used to fresh eggs I am not sure I could buy eggs again.  The difference between fresh eggs and store bought is like the difference between homegrown tomatoes and store bought tomatoes.
